A central line is the thing you watch every hour of every day.

The LineWear™ Chest Edition Bodysuit is built around one job: keeping that line where it belongs. The PediaPouch™ — an interior chest pocket lined with moisture-resistant fabric — holds the lumens gathered against the body, under the fabric, away from grabbing hands and rolling bodies. Soft snap flaps open the front for dressing changes and site checks without removing the garment.

The lining matters more than it sounds. Sites weep, dressings seep, connections drip. A lined pouch keeps that off the cotton and off your child's skin, and wipes out instead of soaking through.

Dual Arm Access™ opens along the inner seam of each sleeve, so an arm line, PICC line, or blood draw is reachable without pushing a sleeve up over a dressing.

RoutePoints™ — guides at the shoulder and lower back — direct lumens along the garment instead of letting them fall loose. They route the line. They don't hold it.

Cut generously to clear a chest dressing, and it opens flat — so you're not threading a child's arms past their own line.

Sizing and fit

Every garment is cut generously so it clears a dressing, a tube site, or a chest port without binding. If your child is between sizes, or wears a bulky dressing, size up.

All cotton is pre-shrunk, so the size you receive is the size it stays through repeated washing.

Sizing Notes

If your child has a larger dressing, abdominal distension, or is between sizes, size up.
Sleeves clear an arm dressing. Because Dual Arm Access™ opens along the inner bend, a PICC or IV dressing never needs the sleeve pushed up over it — size for the child, not for the dressing.
Gowns open completely flat for dressing.
100% pre-shrunk cotton — sizing holds after repeated washing.

Care instructions

Machine wash warm. Tumble dry low. No bleach, no fabric softener — softener coats cotton fibers and reduces absorbency over time.

Snaps are resin, not metal, so there is nothing to catch in the wash or set off a scanner. Fit holds through repeated laundering.

These garments are made to be washed often. That is the point.

Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, free of damage or stains, and returned with a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Items returned outside these guidelines may be declined or issued store credit at our discretion.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email hello@pediatechapparel.com with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, or your exchange will ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an issue on our end — wrong item, defect, or damage — we cover return shipping. For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Because our products are designed for medically complex children, we are unable to accept worn, used, or soiled garments for hygiene reasons. Thank you for understanding.
