The LineWear™ Chest Edition Bodysuit is built around one job: managing the lumens that hang below the exit site. The PediaPouch™ — an interior chest pocket lined with moisture-resistant fabric — gathers them against the body, under the fabric, away from small hands. Soft snap flaps open the front for dressing changes and site checks without removing the garment.

The lining matters more than it sounds. Sites weep, dressings seep, connections drip. A lined pouch keeps that off the cotton and off your child's skin, and wipes out instead of soaking through.

Dual Arm Access™ opens along the inner seam of each sleeve, so an arm line, PICC line, or blood draw is reachable without pushing a sleeve up over a dressing.

RoutePoints™ — guides at the shoulder and lower back — direct lumens along the garment instead of letting them fall loose. They route the line. They don't hold it.

Cut generously to clear a chest dressing, and it opens flat — so you're not threading a child's arms past their own line.

Every part of this was a problem first

Six of them, and the first is where the access sits: at the chest, where a central line actually exits.

• A lined pocket, not a plain one. Moisture-resistant lining that wipes out instead of holding drainage against skin.
• Both sleeves open, not neither. An arm line is reachable without pushing fabric over a dressing.
• Guides for the run of the line. Shoulder and lower back, so lumens travel down and away instead of hanging loose where a toddler can reach them.
• Opens completely flat. Dress a child lying down. Nothing over the head, nothing threaded past their own line.
• Metal-free. Resin snaps only, so there are no metal fasteners in the garment. Follow your imaging facility's instructions for any MRI, CT, or X-ray.
• No velcro anywhere. Nothing to catch in the wash, snag a blanket, or roughen against skin.

100% pre-shrunk cotton, not a poly blend.
