Shipping and Returns

Your satisfaction and your child's comfort are our priorities. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.

Wrong size? Here is how to exchange it.

  1. Keep it unworn and unwashed, with the tags attached.
  2. Email us at hello@pediatechapparel.com with your order number, the size you received, and the size you need. If you are not sure which size is right, include your child's weight, height, and tube or line placement, and we will help you choose.
  3. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Once your item arrives and is inspected, your exchange ships within 3 to 5 business days.

Unsure about fit? Talk to us first.

Our garments are adaptive apparel for children with feeding tubes and central lines, and fit around a tube or line can be hard to judge. If you are unsure whether a garment fits your child, please contact us before returning it. Often we can help you decide whether a different size or a different garment will work better, and save you a return.

Shipping within the United States

Shipping is free on every U.S. order, and orders ship from Kentucky within two business days.

Shipping to Canada

Yes — we ship G-tube clothing and central line clothing to Canada. Canadian families order from us regularly, and nothing about the range is different: the same four garments, the same sizes from newborn to 5T, the same $59 price in US dollars.

  • Rates start at $18 and are calculated at checkout before you pay.
  • Transit is typically 7 to 14 business days from Kentucky, depending on your province and on customs.
  • Customs classification. Every parcel carries an HS code at the item level, so it is classified as children's apparel rather than being held for description.
  • Duties and taxes. Canada applies its own thresholds to low-value shipments arriving by courier from the United States, and GST or HST may be collected on delivery by the carrier. We ship with duties and taxes unpaid, which means any amount owing is collected from you at the door rather than added to your order total. The Canada Border Services Agency is the only authority on what applies to your order.
  • Returns from Canada. The 30-day policy below applies in full. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.

If anything about an order to Canada is unclear, write to us before you order rather than after. We would rather answer a question than process a cross-border return.

Shipping everywhere else

We also ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Mexico, Central and South America, the Middle East, and much of Asia. Rates are calculated at checkout, and orders typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Import duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Many countries treat children's clothing favorably, but rules vary, and your local customs authority is the only reliable source.

If you do not see your country at checkout, write to us. We can often arrange an order manually.

Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, free of damage or stains, and returned with a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Items returned outside these guidelines may be declined or issued store credit at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@pediatechapparel.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an issue on our end — wrong item, defect, or damage — we cover return shipping. For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. On international orders, including Canada, customers are responsible for return shipping in all cases except a defect or an error on our part.

Health and Safety Note

Because our products are designed for medically complex children, we are unable to accept worn, used, or soiled garments for hygiene reasons. Thank you for understanding.
