At PediaTech Apparel™, your satisfaction—and your child’s comfort—are our top priorities. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags

  • Free of damage or stains

  • Returned with a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Items returned outside of these guidelines may be declined or issued store credit at our discretion.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@pediatechapparel.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

    • The reason for return (so we can learn and improve!)

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or your exchange will ship within 3–5 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an issue on our end (e.g., wrong item, defect), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

🧼 Note on Health & Safety

Because our products are designed for medically complex children, we are unable to accept worn, used, or soiled garments for hygiene reasons. Thank you for understanding.
