At PediaTech Apparel™, your satisfaction — and your child's comfort — are our top priorities. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, in its original packaging, free of damage or stains, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Because our products are designed for medically complex children, we cannot accept worn, used, or soiled garments for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at hello@pediatechapparel.com with your order number, the items you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, or your exchange will ship within 3 to 5 business days.

We won't accept items sent back without first requesting a return.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an issue on our end — wrong item or defect — we'll cover return shipping. For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

On international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping in all cases except a defect or an error on our part. Import duties, taxes and customs fees paid to your own country are not refundable by us; you may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements above apply.

United Kingdom — 14-Day Right to Cancel

If merchandise is shipped into the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. The same conditions above apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@pediatechapparel.com.
