Refund policy

At PediaTech Apparel™, your satisfaction — and your child's comfort — are our top priorities. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Free of damage or stains
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Because our products are designed for medically complex children, we cannot accept worn, used, or soiled garments for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at returns@pediatechapparel.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, or your exchange will ship within 3–5 business days.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an issue on our end (wrong item, defect), we'll cover return shipping.
  • For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements above apply.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at lisa@pediatechapparel.com.
