Shipping policy

United States
Shipping is free on every U.S. order. Orders ship from Kentucky within two business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

International
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Mexico, Central and South America, the Middle East, and much of Asia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and start at $18 to Canada. International delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Import duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Rules vary by country, and your local customs authority is the best source of information.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order leaves us.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
