Getting to a G or J tube shouldn't mean undressing your child.

The TubeWear™ Bodysuit places a soft, snap-closure opening exactly where the tube sits, so feeds, flushes, and site checks happen without a full change of clothes. The PediaPouch™ interior pocket — lined with moisture-resistant fabric — holds extension tubing close to the body and out of curious hands between feeds.

The lining is there because tube sites leak. It keeps drainage off the cotton and off your child's skin, and wipes out instead of soaking through.

Dual Arm Access™ opens along the inner seam of each sleeve, so an arm line, PICC line, or blood draw is reachable without pushing a sleeve up over a dressing.

RoutePoints™ — guides at the shoulder and lower back — direct extension tubing along the garment instead of letting it fall loose. They route the line. They don't hold it.

It opens flat, which means you can dress your child by laying them down rather than lifting and threading arms — the difference between a two-person job and a one-person job.

Sizing and fit

Every garment is cut generously so it clears a dressing, a tube site, or a chest port without binding. If your child is between sizes, or wears a bulky dressing, size up.

All cotton is pre-shrunk, so the size you receive is the size it stays through repeated washing.

Sizing Notes

If your child has a larger dressing, abdominal distension, or is between sizes, size up.
Sleeves clear an arm dressing. Because Dual Arm Access™ opens along the inner bend, a PICC or IV dressing never needs the sleeve pushed up over it — size for the child, not for the dressing.
Gowns open completely flat for dressing.
100% pre-shrunk cotton — sizing holds after repeated washing.

Care instructions

Machine wash warm. Tumble dry low. No bleach, no fabric softener — softener coats cotton fibers and reduces absorbency over time.

Snaps are resin, not metal, so there is nothing to catch in the wash or set off a scanner. Fit holds through repeated laundering.

These garments are made to be washed often. That is the point.

Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, free of damage or stains, and returned with a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Items returned outside these guidelines may be declined or issued store credit at our discretion.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email hello@pediatechapparel.com with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, or your exchange will ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an issue on our end — wrong item, defect, or damage — we cover return shipping. For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Because our products are designed for medically complex children, we are unable to accept worn, used, or soiled garments for hygiene reasons. Thank you for understanding.
